I work with individuals who are looking for meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and a stronger connection with themselves. Often, my clients have reached a point where life feels difficult to navigate on their own and they’re ready to find a different way forward.
My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients better understand their emotions, get unstuck from unhelpful patterns, and make choices that reflect what matters most to them. With over 20 years as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and yoga-informed practices to support the connection between mind and body.
Therapy doesn’t have to be about having everything figured out. It can simply be a place to start.
