I’m a fourth-gen Mexican-American therapist-in-training from Northwest Arkansas. My work is rooted in mindfulness, transpersonal, and social justice practices, and I am passionate about integrating these frameworks into my therapeutic approach. I am committed to cultivating a safe and welcoming space where your wholeness is seen and honored. My approach to mental health care is integrative and relational, using curiosity, empathy, and even humor to build a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and together, we can embark on a meaningful healing journey that brings you closer to the life you want to live. I draw on somatic and present-centered interventions to meet you where you are, depending on your unique needs. I will strive to help you develop skills within therapy that can be applied to your relationships and life outside of our sessions.
While I welcome all, I particularly enjoy working with women, highly sensitive people, and young adults navigating their cultural, racial, and/or gender identity, relationships, spirituality, and the challenges of emerging adulthood.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my pup Mika, deepening my spiritual practice and envisioning a liberated world. I love listening to music and podcasts, watching movies, being outside, and unabashedly love watching reality TV.
It would be such an honor to be a part of your journey!
