Mary Chambers, MS, LAC (Soon LPC) loves connecting with clients and building the trust and rapport that are so important in the counseling relationship. She strives to create a safe, caring environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work through challenges such as trauma, divorce, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other life struggles.
Mary is passionate about helping people become more vulnerable and honest with themselves so they can experience true healing and growth. Her hope is to help each client find joy, meaning, and a renewed sense of purpose. She often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) to help clients change unhealthy thinking patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach practical, life – giving coping skills. DBT is one of her greatest passions, and she loves helping others discover how these skills can transform everyday life.
